I have worked with a range of ages and will work with you, your teen, your parent, your partner towards growth. I enjoy work around coping more effectively, improving communication and relationships, life review, developing new habits, and using the art therapy process with those interested. I enjoy helping others find their "flow" state to increase mindfulness in daily life and decrease stress. I look forward to hearing your story!
