I stayed here for two nights with family while attending a wedding. The rooms were nothing special, but everything was updated and clean. The location was convenient and the on-site parking was easy to access. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

Had wrestle mania going on in the rooms above us. The front desk refused to take action. This lasted for several hours in the middle of the night. The walls were shaking from the impacts. It was extremely loud in the hall. My family got zero sleep. We checked out for our long drive completely exhausted. Corporate has done nothing to remedy this. I plan to avoid Marriotts for the rest of my life. Terrible customer service.

I stayed at the Courtyard Lansing Downtown for a second time and it’s always my first choice when visiting the area. The property is freshly renovated and welcoming. The front desk staff, especially Janice, are always kind and engaging. GM Brandon also personally greeted me and served me pancakes. They also have free water for Bonvoy elites, which is a nice touch. The location is great as you have restaurants and spots within walking distance. The bistro is chill, and the turkey avocado BLT was good.

We used this as an affordable and convenient stay while family was at Sparrow Hospital. It was clean, staff was friendly and there was a small Meijer store located next door which was helpful.
