This park has a Recreation Center, with a multipurpose room (#60 capacity) and a conference room (#10 capacity) to rent. There are your usuals: playground areas and picnic shelters. There is a walking trail (roughly 1/3 mile) and two tennis courts. But, most interesting, is a Memorial, in the way of a bronze plaque to The Seven Challenger Crew Members who died when their space shuttle blew up on January 28, 1986. There are 7 stones, one for each astronaut who died that day. And, yes, there is a small creek that runs through the park.
