Terrible company!! Driver was 30 minutes late for trip to the airport. He was rude and listened to hard rock music the entire trip. We missed flight, lost a day of vacation, incurred hotel room cost. We gave management a chance to make it right but they did not. Avoid this company at all cost!!

I had a very good experience with Mr. Raed Awad, who drove me from Dallas to Houston. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful during the whole trip. He drove safely and made sure I was comfortable. He was also very patient and respectful. I really appreciate his excellent service and would definitely recommend Raed to anyone who needs a reliable and professional driver.

I'd like to think this was a one-off, but our experience was terrifying. We made reservations several weeks ahead, but weren't assigned our driver until 2:45am for a 5:30 am pickup. He arrived and said he was tired from a recent (2am) pickup, but said he was okay to drive the 45 minutes to the airport. This left us a little nervous. Then, the vehicle immediately had steering wheel problems (he showed us how loose it was) & we weaved all over the highway. The driver said this was a problem & he'd have to bring the car in after he dropped us off. We were going very fast and continued to go over the median bumps, meanwhile, we silently prayed for our safety. While I'm glad the driver could get us to the airport safely, the vehicle should have been inspected before our pickup, and the driver should not have been assigned back-to-back night pickups, arriving tired.

The driver was on time and he was very kind, but I booked a no share ride for the return to the AirPort and we had to stop to pick up a family who has a lot of luggage and to many people who doesn’t fit in the van and they make us loose time despite I asked for a no share trip
