Individual Women's Life Coaching Sessions While we can point to our outer world in an attempt to explain why our lives aren't flowing in the way we desire, it is often the inner world we have created that affects us most. It is here that we alone have the greatest power to transform. We can learn to treat ourselves with kindness and compassion, and open our hearts to the joy and love that already exists within. Maybe you are seeking to bring more desire and aliveness into your sex life. Perhaps you want to experience your first orgasm, or discover how to reach expanded orgasmic states. Maybe you are just feeling "meh" in your body and life at the moment, and aren't even sure what is off. Whatever it is, I am here to help you. Beginning with recognizing you as a complete, whole and perfect being, I will help guide you to pinpointing and achieving your deepest desires, rather than trying to "fix" you or any perceived "problems." By working with tantric-based embodiment and somatic practices such as meditation, visualization, intentional self-pleasuring and breathwork, we can achieve deeper shifts than what might be possible through strictly using traditional approaches.
