Our facility has over 6.000 sq. ft. and is well equipped to handle your training needs. We have 2 Mat areas, 1 full cage, 1/2 cage, 2 racks of bags, cardio equipment, a kid's play room, store, wireless internet access, 2 plasma TV's with DVD players, and separate female and male locker rooms We offer programs for boys and girls ages 4-100. We have 8 different classes daily to choose from and all classes are taught by Cleber Luciano. Kids classes have 2 additional instructors and adult classes have a helping instructor as well.
