Chelese Perry has been a corporate professional and coach spanning 15 years. She divides her time between government and corporate organizations that struggle with important challenges such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, compassionate leadership, resilience, collaboration, and communication. Organizations include Freddie Mac, Microsoft, U.S, Customs and Border Protection, Department of Justice, and Office of Personnel Management. As a former corporate executive, she uses her experience to help clients develop tangible solutions that they can implement, measure, and sustain... Clients describe her as measured, calm, supportive yet challenging and direct when needed. In addition to coaching professionals, Chelese is currently VP of Community and Culture at Thrive Professionals where she leads a cadre of fellow coaches. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the School of Business and Industry at Florida A&M University. She received her coaching training from George Mason University and her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from International Coach Federation.
