This was my first time at this hotel. I booked the room a couple days, before I showed up. My room was clean and well kept. My room was quiet at night, even though there were a lot of people at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally polite and competent. This hotel greatly exceeded by expectations. I greatly enjoyed my stay!

Hotel has been recently remodeled, the rooms are clean and well maintained, beds are very comfortable, pillows are great, the heat/AC works great, the pool looked great, plenty of parking, no need to risk a door ding!

This was our third time staying at this hotel which we appreciated for its great location and value. However this time our experience was terrible. We arrived late and went to bed exhausted. My husband lay awake and then felt something crawling on him. He grabbed it and saw that it was a bedbug. He put it in a bottle.then tore the bed apart and did not sleep the whole night. In the morning he brought the bedbug to show the manager. We were promised that our room would be comped. When we checked out we saw the pest control people arrive to investigate, so we were glad it was being dealt with right away. However when we were doing taxes recently we checked our credit card statement and realized we had only been comped half the price of the room. When I finally was able to get through to the manager, he stated that the pest control people did not find an infestation, therefore we must have brought the bedbug with us. So we were lied to about the room getting comped, had a horrible night stay, were treated rudely and will never go back.

Excellent experience at the El Sendero Inn. The rooms was comfortable and spacious with the most amazing mattress for an inn. Walking distance to top attractions such as the Georgia O'Keeffe museum, shops and restaurants. They accommodated our ask to store my daughter's bike, after check out, inside the hotel so we could walk around town and allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot beyond our check out time.

Nice property near everything you want to see and do in Santa Fe. Walk to historic sites, shops, dining. Nice Chinese restaurant on premises. Easy parking . Clean rooms and nice staff. This is a motel rather than a hotel and we think the rooms are especially well suited for couples or solo travelers. Would stay again!
