I booked this hotel through Expedia, where the listing showed a $10 nightly pet fee and a $50 pet deposit. Based on standard definitions, a deposit is typically refundable if there is no damage. At check-in, I was told that the information on Expedia is “wrong” and that the $50 is actually a non-refundable pet cleaning fee. When I tried to clarify the discrepancy, the front desk staff spoke over me in a condescending tone and repeatedly blamed Expedia instead of addressing the issue. The situation escalated when the general manager came out and lectured me for several minutes, implying it was my fault for relying on the information provided in the listing. A second staff member joined in and told me to contact Expedia myself regarding the fee.The most concerning part was that I was threatened with being removed from the premises simply for trying to discuss the policy. This involved multiple staff members, including the general manager, and felt both unprofessional and intimidating.Staff acknowledged that this same issue has happened many times before. However, instead of correcting the listing or clearly communicating their policy, they chose to blame the customer and handle the situation poorly.Due to this experience, I chose not to stay. The interaction at the hotel was unacceptable.

Had to stay near airport because of missed United Airlines connection at Newark. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from EWR as the airport is unable to function due to continuing issues with air traffic control. Sketchy hotel. No coffee. No breakfast. Rooms like a hostel - completely devoid of character. No shampoo, and no shower gel. You can’t make this up. I’d actually score them zero if it was an option. Pay more, stay elsewhere and feel safer

This place is terrible and very dirty, asked about it being cleaned and they responded that it gets cleaned every two weeks. Stay away for I had a very awful experience in this roach infested dirty hotel. Also the front desk very impolite and have a very bad attitude, no help at all. Stood here for a week, no clean towels or blankets were provided.

Place is terrible DO NOT STAY HERE! The most horrific customer service i have EVER experienced. The fresh towel policy is insane. A guest can only exchange dirty towels for clean between 12am and 6 am. You must bring the soiled towel down to the front desk. This rule is posted in the room nor explained at check in. Checked in at 3 on a Friday. When i called the front desk Saturday at 7am, i was informed i could have toilet paper but i was too late for towel exchange. I begged for an exception and I WAS HUNG UP ON . I went downstairs in tears and literally begged them for a towel. The same nasty evil person that rolled her eyes at me at check in and hung up on me, had her associate tell me she would try to send a manager up to me if/when the mngr came in about 1030. check out is 11am , dont know what they expected me to do. I couldnt believe the mean and nasty spirit that was behind this. They thought my crying was a big joke . I was truly distraught I will never stay here again and will continue to post on social media warning others. The front desk girl got off on the power she held . How could someone treat someone else so cruel? I know bad bad things will come her way, she will be very sorry for how she treated people.

We have stayed in multiple woodspring suites in different states like Wisconsin, Ohio, New Jersy etc. We had always found it very convenient extended stay when it comes to it's interior design and availability of stuffs like king size bed, sofa, dishwasher, microwave, stove and ample cabinet space. It has onsite laundry and gym as well. Only downside is, only 2 devices can be connected to wifi, one has to pay extra if they are using more than 2 devices.I will come back and stay as well as recommend others.
