The water damage from the overflow of the water heater from being plugged up from Shane's incompetence

My hardwood floors on the 2nd floor right below the hot water heater& Shane shoved up against the drain where it can no longer drain out

The water heater he shoved up against the drain so I couldn't drain any longer and guess where it went on my ceiling in my kitchen!

Can't leave zero stars, so they get one. Four no-call no-shows!!!! The only reason I tried them again was because they keep accepting the claim on my home warranty. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!
