I will be making Oregon more diverse and famous by bringing the whole community to my food carts. With the inspiration of my mother’s hours upon hours of creating incredible meals for my family, the memory of mealtime joy in Iraq, and my own hard work, I will present authentic delicious affordable meals for people. Bringing the aromas and flavors of my culture to my newly adopted country will help to unite my past and present. I am proud of both countries and what they have given me. This is my first step forward along the path to creating a true Middle East mall, a true cultural immersion experience.
