Atlas Grappling offers Youth and Adult Jiu-Jitsu classes for competitors and those looking for a new hobby. We have our Little Grappling Program for kids ages 5 - 8 years old that teaches (5x a week) gi Jiu-Jitsu, no-gi Jiu-Jitsu, and youth beginner Wrestling. Kids Wrestling has a beginner to intermediate class as well as a USA Wrestling competition team. The high School kids and adults train together for folk style and freestyle wrestling. Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu youth program teaches kids ages 8 - 14, 5 days a week. We have two separate level classes based on skill. Adult Jiu-Jitsu classes are multiple times a day including 6am, 9am, 6pm, and 7pm options. Fundamentals is a beginner-friendly BJJ class. Atlas Grappling is a chartered USA wrestling team with Wrestling classes all year long. We have classes for ages 5 -8, 8-14, and 14-adult. Atlas Grappling is a USA Judo club. Classes are offered 2x a week for ages 8 -14 and 14- Adult. Our Judo team actively competes. We have weight room amenities for our members that supply barbells and bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio equipment. The gym is family oriented with a kids area visible from the mats so parents can train while the kids are in a safe space just a few seconds away. There are tables and WiFi so parents can be productive while their children train and children can do homework. Both men's and women's locker rooms have a shower, toiletries, and towels supplies for our members.
