As a home personal trainer I offer a complimentary consultation and physical assessment. I will work with you to figure out what your goals are, as well as what would be the most beneficial for your health. My personal training programs were created to be convenient and flexible for you. If you have children, now is your chance to have a home personal trainer come to your very own home in Hudson County, rather than sticking them with a babysitter or in a kids club at the gym!
