Our business specializes in thorough, evidence based, top to bottom environmental inspections. Unlike some companies that tend to exploit fears and anxieties relating to unseen airborne threats and possible contamination to upsell their services, we approach all our inspections from a minimalist, common sense perspective to address the specific needs and concerns, only testing if necessary or desired, and offer appropriate options and solutions to any issues that are cost effective for all parties involved. We specialize in presale real estate transactions and assisting and intermediary consulting for landlord tenant disputes, law suits, and insurance claims. We also address suspected chemical gases or possible airborne particulate contamination from new and existing construction building materials, remodeling, demolition, and other conditions that may affect air quality. Our inspection services include but are not limited to: *General Air Quality Testing and Reporting (Particulates, Chemical Gases, Carbon Dioxide/ Monoxide/Temperature/Humidity) *Airborne and Bulk Sampling for Mold/Fungus/ Bacteria/Asbestos/ Lead (also onsite XRF results)/Formaldehyde/VOC/SVOC Testing and Reporting * Infrared Camera Inspections
