*PLEASE READ* DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY! I was nervous using this company due to the other reviews stating that the driver no called/no showed their appointment. However, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as there pricing seemed reasonable versus other quotes that I got. I even got an email the day before confirming my appointment which I responded back to. However, they didn’t show up at their scheduled time and I called several times and emailed them with NO response, still after 48hrs!! Anyone looking to book a driver is normally doing so for a special occasion and this was for my wife’s birthday. I can’t express the frustration of not only a company not showing up but ZERO communication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I had a reservation for my twin daughters’ fifteenth birthday. Called the same day twice to confirm in the morning and they just didn’t show up. No explanations, no reasons, no call back, nothing. The driver text ten minutes before the set time if 7:00pm and said he will be a little late. We continued waiting and 15 minutes past the time, I started calling. They did not make any more contact with us. They never showed up. I had 18 girls to take to a restaurant that was reserved for dinner and there was no way to make it. One of the most important day of two young girls, ruined.
