This was an exceptional family experience. Camille, the front desk staff member, was incredibly kind and attentive to my children. She even went above and beyond by treating us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary and cookies and milk for the kids during our weekend stay. The hotel itself is a beautiful, clean, and conveniently located establishment, just a stone’s throw away from Old Market. It’s also right across from the riverfront parks, which are perfect for the kids, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. There currently is a lot of construction downtown, however, it was manageable. I highly recommend this place to families seeking a memorable getaway.

What a fantastic experience- From the moment we were greeted by Sam at the front desk until the moment we left. The room was the best one we stayed in on our 10 day trip. (Thanks Sam!) The hallways look like the inside of a luxury condominium. The staff at the coffee shop was so pleasant and helpful. The workout room was fully equipped. It was quiet and SO clean. Free parking on Sunday night on the street right by the front door.

We spent a few days at The Farnam after driving in from Texas to drop our son off at college, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.The exceptional service began before we even arrived. I called several days ahead about arranging a delivery to the hotel, and Camille took detailed notes and made sure the rest of the staff knew to expect it.When we arrived, Dereck —valet, bellman, and concierge extraordinaire—met us at the car. From that first interaction, he remembered our names and consistently made us feel genuinely welcome. Sam at the front desk was equally wonderful, taking great care to find us a fabulous room that met all our needs and continuing to greet us by name throughout our stay.It’s rare to find a hotel where the service feels this personal. The staff at The Farnam made an already special trip even more memorable.

Lovely upscale hotel with modern-forward design. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive and rooms are first rate - large and well-appointed with premium bedding. Adjacency to the Old District and its many restaurants and bars make this THE hotel for a stay in Omaha.
