From check in to check out, the experience was fantastic. In particular, Alexis P was extremely welcoming, asking about the reason for my stay. Upon hearing it was my wife’s birthday, she upgraded my room, which enhanced the stay!

The room was very nice. We had a spa room and it had a wonderful soaking tub. Beautiful view. The Atmosphere is bright and very Vegas like. Its fun to walk into. The spa was a wonderful visit and a superior experience to both the Encore and Mandarin Oriental in Boston. Id recommend this spa above both of the. Its a great location to everything in Boston. The two detracting experiences that really need work: 1. Parking / valet was a bad experience. It took about 15 mins to valet the car and it was a 25 min wait for the car to be brought to us. Their text / QR code system for pickup was broken. 2. We had paid for late checkout. Our keys got turned off prematurely on the way back to the room from the spa. We had to go all the way back down to the desk and wait in line for keys to he activated. The desk person wasn't particularly polite or apologetic about the situation. Because of the wait at the desk and the wait at the valet, it was around an hour just for us to check out. Not fun.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were wonderful! I felt the room that I shared with 2 other people was a little on the small side but we made it work. My only major complaint were the pillows. They were incredibly flat and did not support my neck at all.

The Omni was great stay. Convenient to all that Boston has to offer without even needing to leave the hotel. The staff was great at the front desk, lobby bar, coffee shop and Coquette. Coquette had amazing service, food and drinks so much we went back on night #2. Overall, great stay and highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! Attention to detail and a wonderful staff! The BEST lobster roll!
