Ordered a tonneau cover for my new Toyota Truck. When I went to install the cover, there was no parts kit to assemble the unit.

worst customer service I've ever seen, which is bad because they will take your money, mess up your order, and refuse returns, and you have no recourse.

Bad bad customer service. did not deliver when promised multiple times. Had to cancel my order and order from another company
