Our stay was four days and Ichel was very accommodating and an incredible resource for all of our questions and concerns, it wasn’t our first stay and it won’t be our last!

I have stayed here at The Sonesta several times and I keep coming back because it's always a great experience....the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, the staff is always very courteous and helpful with anything I've needed, especially, Ichel. It's close to Disneyland, lots of shopping and restaurants and I've always enjoyed the pool. Everytime I'm here, I have to get a burger from the restaurant downstairs, they are delicious. I highly recommend The Sonesta!

Cecilia at the front desk was very helpful and polite . Along with the other staff member there . It is extremely pleasant when people actually care to help and act professionally. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area
