Horrible patch job and stated my car is ready after being there for 13 days

Horrible patch job after saying come get my car and wrong color paint who is paying for anything like this

The condition of my car in the beginning. As you can see nothing was done if you look at the picture when I picked my car up

My car just sitting here with no work done as on June 15.

My car still same condition the bumper,has more damage on it than I dropped it off with.
