An overnight stop after our flight from LHR before heading to the Keys. A lovely room with a comfortable KS bed & a sofa. A nice bar area meant we could enjoy a nightcap, delicious margaritas made by Sayda.

What a wonderful experience at Sonesta! After an incredibly long day, we stopped in for dinner and a few cocktails, and Anna was simply outstanding. She was friendly, funny, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely makes your evening better just by being themselves. Anna absolutely did that! Fantastic bartender, fantastic personality, and a great experience all around. Sonesta is lucky to have her!

My husband and I had an issue with another hotel we had booked that promised us early booking so we could get ready for a wedding. We had to cancel since they had no rooms available like they promised and searching desperately for somewhere to accommodate us so we could get ready and be on time for the wedding. After calling at least 12 different hotels we came across this hotel. We called over the phone and they told us they had rooms available for early check-in immediately (it was noon) They honored the price that we found online. And Franceina at the front desk was SO kind to us. She did everything she could to help us out and get us in a room immediately. The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a single issue the moment we stepped foot on this property. We went from being very stressed to being able to relax and get ready for the wedding with no issues. Thank you Franceina for helping make that happen.

One of the worste services I had ..gave them 100 dollars one single note at night while cheking in and they returned me all in coins while checking out in the morning ..no manager in the service in the morning worst experience

I ate the beef tacos and they were really good. My server was Sayday. She was AMAZING. She was very friendly and always asked how I was doing.
