I would give this company zero stars if that were an option. We booked and paid for a 4-hour ride from Orlando to Marco Island back in December through Mozio, and the reservation was confirmed immediately. It was confirmed again the night before and the morning of our trip, and a driver was even assigned. My husband, our two children, and I packed our bags and waited outside our hotel for the driver. And waited. And waited. The driver never showed.I eventually had to call the company myself to find out what was happening, and was casually told that the driver wasn’t coming and there was no backup solution. That was it.We were left completely stranded — four hours from our next hotel and our return airport — after already wasting more than an hour waiting. There was no accountability and no real effort to help us find a solution. We were simply told, essentially, “too bad.”With two kids and all our luggage, we had to scramble to request Uber after Uber, many of which cancelled, until someone finally accepted the ride.By that point, our entire day was lost.Their response? A refund for the trip and an offer of “an extra $100” as compensation — apparently what they believe an entire ruined day of a family vacation is worth.Completely unacceptable service and a terrible customer experience. I would never recommend using this company.
