i called the front desk about a discrepancy on my bill for breakfast- i selected 2 guests and 2 breakfasts. i was charged almost 80 dollars for breakfast. the guest services person was sassy and refused to assist saying only one breakfast was booked siri told her i would eat the 80 dollars and just make sure i leave a review regarding her customer service skills. as a diamond member i expect better at Hiltoneven if i had only purchased 1 included breakfast, the 80 dollar charge was incorrect and instead of assisting she just kept insisting that you only booked 1 breakfasti do want to add- the lady in the cafe was extortionary and would be the only reason i come back here! not just good coffee but super kind and friendly- even remembering details about us and as we were leaving came out to say goodbye and wish us safe travels- this woman needs a raise!!!

Other Hilton hotels could learn from this one.Front desk and door staff greeted you with a smile and a warm welcome.The room was in perfect order clean and everything working in good order. Bar staff helpful and friendly, however the bar could do with being open earlier rather than 4pm.Check out was another masterclass in customer service as were the ladies in the coffee shop

The staff is five star! We had an issue at checkin that was resolved a timely manner. They ALL (front desk, house keepers, doormen, valet, maintenance, restaurant & manager) are friendly and helpful. The only complaint is we wish the beds were a bit more comfortable

Francisco and Joshua literally every time made me feel special. They go above and beyond for me and my friends/ union members every day

Great hotel with decent food and AC excellent bar! Been staying here for years
