Dirty, old, smelly, nasty. Shower did not drain. Stay away, far away. Seating in lobby is stained as well as in the rooms. Only one set of towels. Just gross.

I was unfamiliar with the area so I decided to book this hotel based on average reviews. I will say the location is convenient. However, the hotel interior is filthy and outdated. There was hair in the tub (not just from the head), the mini fridge had some type of sticky residue with hair stuck to it inside, there were spider webs in various areas of the room. The furniture is so old and outdated. One of our chairs had a large tear. The pillows are very flat and uncomfortable. The wallpaper was peeling and had visible dirty spots and makeup stains. The ceiling in the bathroom had rust, bubbling, and what appeared to be mold. I can keep going, but the point I’m trying to make is that it is very unkept and outdated. I could not sleep because the people next to me had dogs. It seems there is no insulation in the walls because I could hear the dog in the next room barking as well as every noise outside our room. I would not stay here again. Even their best room is not worth more than $50 a night, let alone what they actually charge.

Check in was easy and the staff very helpful and friendly! Our room was clean and pretty big for a hotel room. It had a couch and ottoman for relaxing and tv watching! Nice amenities like a fridge and microwave. The only thing I would suggest is updating the couch and ottoman. The fabric was pretty worn. We would definitely stay again!

Room was ok, no water pressure, not a clean as I would like to see, employees non committal. There was no mention of a parking fee when we made the reservation, They charged $10 per night for parking, when they clearly had plenty of parking available, even at the strip mall they were adjacent to. I checked all of the website, no mention of parking fees, only a cheesy note on the counter at check in, felt like I was contributing to somebodies extra pocket change

I had high hopes as the reviews seemed honest and mainly good, however when we got there they didn't have the room I reserved specifically for my special needs child and gave me the option of first floor overlooking the freeway or second floor overlooking the freeway. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and checked in. Now with a family of 4 we need to be able to have a decent shower to get in and out, however there was zero water pressure, hair EVERYWHERE, and the water backed up in the shower to the point you are just standing in other people's hair and grime. When we tried to get our room switched that night, they said we had to wait til the morning, when we tried in the morning, they didn't have any accommodations to help remedy the issue, so we checked out a day early. Very disappointing and will NEVER go back, which is a shame because it is so close to family.
