The person in charge of keeping everything in order at breakfast is always very attentive and friendly.The guys at the desk are always friendly also.

Came back to for business and to visit my favorite ladies which are the breakfast lady and Lekisha the overnight lobby lady they are both so lovely and kind. Breakfast is so good and they have so many options and always ready on time which that’s so important to me because im always in a rush. And Lekisha is always so kind and helpful, whenever I need something I wait for her shift to start so I can go to her because she’s the most helpful person in there. Definitely will come back for a vacation stay or business and will always be excited of seeing my favorite ladies every time.

this is my favorite place to stay on the West Coast of Florida. Lakeisha greets me with a welcoming smile and has my room selected and ready to go. I really appreciate her friendly professional attitude. The accommodations here are really Hilton quality. I've stayed here several times and I am never disappointed. Breakfast has plentiful options. The fitness center is top notch. Parking is abundant and safe. Everyone I've counted here including the housekeeping staff has been great and attentive to all my needs. The beds are very comfortable and the TV has a very good selection of channels to watch.

You can definitely tell that management has changed, and not for the better. The overall quality of service has gone downhill — staff seemed unorganized, communication was lacking, and issues were not handled properly. This hotel is not what it used to be, and it shows in the experience from check-in to check-out.

We needed overnight stay after flying in late to Sarasota airport. This hotel is about 15m away from the airport and right near I75. The hotel is newer less than 5 yrs old and was very, very clean. The staff was very welcoming and amenities and little touches were very cool as hotel has a unique vibe. The shower pressure is one the best I had in long time and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Would stay without a doubt again.
