Reviews
tripadvisorNice, clean hotel and in a great location.
MoreI had a great experience at the Hyatt House The Woodlands / Shenandoah. The property is spotlessly clean, safe, and situated in a highly convenient location within walking distance of great dining and entertainment.Every single member of the staff was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool area, which was perfect for relaxing. My only complaint was the strong chlorine taste in the morning coffee—hopefully, a water filtration tweak can fix that. Despite that minor issue, the service and amenities were top-tier, and I would absolutely stay here again!
MoreGreat value. Room layouts are perfect. Quiet and away from the interstate, but lot's of restaurants close by. Nice bar in the hotel.
MoreChecking in was quick and easy, the complimentary breakfast was pretty good, the room was clean and the overall area was quiet and had some retail and dining options within walking distance and other retail options being a short drive away. As well, IAH (Bush Airport) is less than 30 minutes away. One area of improvement would be with the WiFi, as it went down for a few hours one day on my trip.
MoreUpon check-in, we were greeted so wonderfully and she provided all the amenity info, which was helpful! The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing with a nice bar/lounge area along with a business area, right in the lobby. All of the staff was very friendly. Our room was pristine! The black out shades were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. The pool and huge hot tub were very much appreciated by us as we are used to having that luxury. The area is very quiet and appealing. You can walk right up the street for numerous restaurant choices, entertainment and shopping. The parking lot is big, but if it gets full, there is a free parking garage right across the street. This hotel is such a great value and we will definitely be back and make this our new favorite hotel in The Woodlands!
