Excellent location. The service by all staff was amazing. Room was fantastic with a great view to the river. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the Thompson Savannah. I love the riverfront area with the big open green spaces. Every single person working was kind and helpful, the housekeeping staff, the bar staff, check-in staff, and valet/bag staff. We especially loved meeting and talking to Bernard, who helped bring our bags up. The vibe is a bit more business, but we felt welcomed in even though we had two young kids with us. It feels like a luxury and stylish stay. I loved the pool area and the lounge chairs.

From the minute we walked into the hotel, everyone went out of their way to be pleasant and accommodating. Our check-in was seamless and the staff professional and friendly. We were welcomed as Hyatt members and offered a cup of a local Savannah beer. Our room overlooked the river, and the bed linens, pillows, and mattress were extremely comfortable. The location was close to many restaurants and bars. We could haven’t had a better experience that our stay at the Thompson.

great hotel with nice rooftop bar and great views.. quiet pool. oysters at happy hour.Its a short 15 minute walk from downtown.

Overall a great experience, the rooms are very nice great bed, lobby and rooftop bars are terrific, the staff throughout the hotel is focused on the guest experience and the location can’t be beat, nice views and away from the noise
