I had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Durham and would gladly stay here again.The hotel was clean, modern, and in an excellent location for exploring downtown Durham. My daughter and I felt incredibly safe walking around the area, even late into the evening, and the hotel made a great home base for visiting Duke University and enjoying the local restaurants.What impressed me most was the customer service. After checkout, I noticed that my parking charges didn’t match both my reservation confirmation and the information I had been given at check-in. I brought it to the hotel’s attention, and rather than making the process difficult, the team listened, acknowledged my concerns, and removed the parking charges to make things right.Mistakes can happen anywhere. What matters is how they’re handled, and the staff demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.Thank you to everyone at the AC Hotel Durham for making our trip such a memorable one. Clean rooms and friendly services.

Clean rooms made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was convenient and not far from food options. The hotel offered complimentary eucalyptus shower steamers for your room, along with lavender to help you sleep. My daughter really enjoyed both of these things. The noise level was what you would expect staying at a hotel and was never disruptive. Additionally, the atmosphere was inviting and made it feel comfortable. I would rate the value of the room as fair. Staff was great at handling our daily housekeeping requests during our 11 day stay.
