It is in a great location with a mall and eating establishments right across the street. It is elegant and quiet. The rooms are a little quirky as it feels like an old office building converted into a hotel. We were on a prepaid bus tour so I can't speak about the value. They took great care of us, room cards were waiting for us. The hot breakfast was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

MoreI had a very disappointing experience with this property regarding both communication and billing accuracy.My reservation was originally for two weeks. Prior to my departure, I specifically asked whether an early check-out would be approved and whether a refund would apply for the unused nights. I was informed that early check-out was approved.Based on that approval, I checked out accordingly. However, after departure, the hotel reversed that approval and charged me for six additional nights beyond my early check-out date.When I attempted to resolve the issue, communication with the property manager was extremely difficult. They were frequently unavailable, I experienced long hold times, and repeated follow-ups did not lead to any meaningful resolution. Ultimately, the charges were not corrected despite the prior approval.This experience reflected poor communication and a lack of accountability in honoring confirmed arrangements.
MoreComfortable stay in a deluxe King room, the room was spacious and clean. Check in was smooth and friendly. It was a great price for the area so if you're looking for basic, clean place to rest this is it. I needed to be out early so I did not get to try breakfast but the area looked nice. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure adequate with plenty of hot water. If you're parking, there is a quick check in lot by the hotel entrance, then they guide you to the correct parking garage. If I wanted to be really picky, it would be nice if breakfast was offered earlier than 7 am but other than that, overall nice simple no frills hotel.
