tripadvisorI am very happy that we chose the Clayton hotel to stay for our visit to Cherry Creek! The staff has been exceptional! I especially want to mention James Luke Javier. I had lots of baggage to bring to my room while also carrying my dog, and he assisted me and made it super and stress free! He was also a pleasure to chat with.
MoreA great couple nights at a great hotel- great room, breakfast, meeting room- a particular mention to the valets Javier and James who made me feel like a VIP and kept my car handy and safe. Thanks!
MoreStayed here to explore Denver after completing the Canyon Spirit “Rockies to the Red Rocks”. This hotel was great! The restaurant, Alteno, was fabulous. The location was great … close to downtown but far enough away that you did not get bothered by the hustle and bustle. The Cherry Creek area is very nice … felt very safe.
MoreWe recently had the opportunity to experience SHEEP at the Clayton, and it was a really memorable evening. Chef Kelly Whitaker has created something that feels both connected to Colorado and distinctly different from a traditional tasting-menu experience. The open-fire cooking, seasonal Colorado ingredients, and the incredible rooftop setting all come together beautifully. I particularly enjoyed the guest-led approach to the four-course tasting menu, which gives you the structure and creativity of a tasting menu while still allowing you to make choices along the way.The food was thoughtful, creative, and beautifully presented, but what really stood out was the experience as a whole. The connection to fire, smoke, seasonality, and the source of the ingredients gives SHEEP a personality of its own. It’s a great addition to the Clayton and to Denver’s dining scene. If you’re looking for something different from the typical fine-dining experience, SHEEP is definitely worth experiencing.
MoreClayton Lane hotel is my number one choice for business travel to Denver. Clean, professional and great location. Highly recommend.
