The Search Bar is a family-owned, family-friendly restaurant built for the Chula Vista community—created from our love of fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and bringing people together. What started as a dream to serve gourmet comfort food with real quality has grown into your neighborhood’s one stop shop for great bites, strong drinks, and nonstop good vibes. The Search is over. Come hungry for our fresh-made favorites like Wagyu burgers, tacos, wings, flatbread pizzas, and shareable plates—then stay for the full bar and the entertainment that makes every visit feel like a night out. We’re proud to be Chula Vista’s go-to spot for the neighborhood: a place to meet friends after work, bring the family for dinner, celebrate birthdays, or kick off the weekend. There’s always something happening here: all-day Happy Hour and Taco Tuesday specials with reggaeton vibes, Karaoke every Wednesday night, and live DJs on Fridays spinning the best of the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or making a whole night of it, you’ll find great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a crowd that feels like home. Planning a celebration? We host large groups and private events, too—perfect for birthdays, team parties, and special occasions.
