Had yet ANOTHER amazing stay at The Westin Tempe. The staff was professional, kind, customer service driven and willing to help no matter what the problem. Specific shout-out to Danielle Greene for her help mitigating an issue and Arsenio for his AWESOME bartending skills at the rooftop bar (Skysill). Overall another great time at The Westin. Would recommend to anyone. 100/100 Stars
MoreLove staying at this Westin. Centrally located in the heart of Tempe with great views, great food options, and a relaxing rooftop pool and bar. Walking distance to Mountain America Stadium for ASU home football games. Recognition for Bonvoy tier status has gone down considerably over the last few years since we started staying, though.

MoreThis hotel overcharged me for the room getting a refund. It’s like getting dental surgery. I didn’t think the Marriott chain would run payment scams. Apparently this hotel does I do not recommend it for that reason I came here for a conference and I will assure this hotel will never host that conference again.
MoreI reserved the penthouse and they gave it to someone else. Did not realize they would just give up a room you reserved 3 months in advance. Replaced it with a substandard room. This was a business trip which made it even worse.
