I had an emergency situation my friend who has four stage cancer turn down $2 short horrible!! I literally begged the driver and he should know we have a $10 minimum it was only a mile ride but it was late at night. He drove away and someone heard me and offered to pay the $2 but he had blocked my phone

Very satisfied with the quick response and good communication. Our Lyft ride did not show or respond, so we needed a plan B quickly, and this cab company responded. Clean transportation. Quick response and friendly drivers. Used to get to the Island Ferries on time from a bus stop. About $20 for 5 miles.

This is describing my experience : First when I got in the car it was very dirty I was riding in a police car looks as taxi I think......as seen on this screenshot picture. On the way he was telling me he has been in business for so many years and me I was just looking at his car how dirt it was and the seat belt is smell a lot. We drove 10 min it cost $40.00 I asked to pay with card he said only cash. He was talking about other cab companies not legal in the City. So I called Ventura City Haul Licensing Department and they told me there is no record at all of this company Gold Coast cab ever permitted in Ventura’s City and Ventura’s County. NOW YOU KNOW THIS IS A SCAM. I reported him with City of Ventura and I think they are working on him. JUST BAD EXPERIENCE, BAD ENERGY.
