Lilo’s Kitchen is a Mexican food truck, kitchen on wheels who specializes in everything beef birria (aka shredded steak) and we add it to everything, literally everything: tacos, ramen, grilled cheese, fries, tortas, nachos, pupusas… yum! Our most popular dish is the quesabirria tacos," a compound word combining queso (cheese) and birria served with a side of consomè/beef broth.
