I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place unfortunately. Badly done gel. Irregular and bad quality work. Wish I’d never gone but now is too late as I am leaving for holiday with badly done hands . Please see the pictures .

Had a deluxe manicure. Within 3 days was chipped had been told it would last at least 2 weeks. Called asked to send photos and told to go back that day or next Denied being told manicure would last 2 weeksOn arrival had to show message and, wait whilst therapist confirmedNo apology

Well, this place was recommended so I was looking forward to it. I called the day of and made an appt for 8 hours later. I arrived on time but didn't start until an hour later. I ordered good service so I could relax and be carefree but while Naomi did my deluxe pedicure, Joyce started working on my nails. Joyce is on my left side and does not move to my right side when she's doing my right hand. She would rather I stretch my right arm over to her as she continues to get irritated because the previous customer is complaining about her work. So, I'm sitting there stretched over, my shoulder starting to ache, getting stressed and uncomfortable. I tell Naomi, that's enough with the pedicure I need to move to a table for my nails. She says no, not yet for she wants to complete the hot towels (which were not hot), then the oil. Naomi thinks she's being nice but is she oblivious to what's going on with Joyce? Finally, I move to a table where I'm trying to tell Joyce the length of the nail tips I want whose now even more frustrated to the point she has to call another lady, Kelly over to ask me about my tips. Kelly comes over and I show her the length of tips I want. Kelly sits calmly and does my nails and they look very nice. Kelly is very nice and hospitable, but she clearly notices the shotty work Joyce did on the manicure. My bill was $115 and I gave a $5 tip which is really cheap for me and I only did that because of Kelly. They appear to have nice people who work there (not Joyce) but I won't be going back. They may need to take the word spa out of their name because it wasn't. And my shoulder aches. Update: A week later and the nails are breaking off.
