I offer a lot of tools to provide you with knowledge, confidence in decision making, and offering comfort measures during your pregnancy and your birth, helping you to have the birth experience that you desire. I also love to come alongside to help you adjust to life with your newborn. I help the whole family get the rest they need, doing some meal preparation, newborn and sibling care, and some organization to help the new family thrive in their new roles.
