Can't remember the lady at front desk who checked me in but I do remember Kyle the night time bartender, Alexandria i think she maybe manager that greeted me at the restaurant right away. Julio was my server and he also was on point with breakfast service. Thank you to Alexandria for opening the bar and getting me breakfast drinks . A big thanks to the Marriott team for a great experience i will definitely be looking to stay here again when I'm traveling back through. God Bless you all. MoreIf you are running late and rushing during breakfast don’t sweat it if you have Shanon as a server. My order was taken quick and she had the check ready for me as soon as I was finished. She honestly a blessing to have.
MoreWe've stayed here twice in the last couple months. The hotel has been clean both in our room and common areas like the dining room and pool area. The staff have all been very helpful and responsive to our special requests. And it's location makes it easy to get anywhere in town fairly quickly. A shouout for Julio in dining.he was an excellent server!
MoreMy experience with this hotel was not great at all. The washer and dryers did not work properly. Customer service was very poor staff were very unwilling to assist me with knowledge of my reward points in different details that I can receive as a Bonvoy member.
