Your care manager works closely with our caregivers so you get the help you need to stay at home. Our caregivers provide non-medical help with bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping and getting to appointments. They also care for people living with dementia or Alzheimer's and people coming home from the hospital, and we're often in the home alongside hospice. We hear from families every day about how much they love their caregivers, and many of those relationships last for years. Care can be a few hours at a time, overnight, or around the clock with caregivers working in shifts. We're also an authorized VA provider of in-home and respite care for eligible veterans.
