Whenever I visit Miami, this is always my first choice because they consistently deliver exceptional service and never disappoint.The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The pool area is a great place to relax, and the location is perfect it's within walking distance of Bayside Marketplace, making it easy to enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment without needing to drive.If you're considering upgrading, Club InterContinental is definitely worth the small additional cost. The continental breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening happy hour add great value and make the stay even more enjoyable.I've always had a pleasant experience here, and I highly recommend the InterContinental Miami. If you're looking for a beautiful hotel with excellent service in a fantastic location, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
MoreMojito in the city package value was awful. The mojito package that was advertised as a package for 2 (We expected 2 mojitos per person for the price) there was one shot of rum. Barely enough for 1 mojito. For $45. That’s gotta change. I could go to the bar and have somebody else make 3 for me for that price. The manager did bring up 2 additional shots, which was appreciated, but honestly still below value tbh.
