Never again! Stayed here twice in July 2026. Very rude and dismissive front desk lady each time. First visit, key stopped working in the elevator.3 other guests were complaining at the front desk about the same issue at the same time. The front desk lady blamed it on the guests putting the key too close to credit cards. .... after a bit of time, they finally sent someone to look at the elevator and it was indeed determined to be an elevator problem. On the 2nd visit there was no parking. Same rude front desk lady said it was not their problem...oh well.. we are full. When I asked what am I supposed to do, she said park across the street in the lot next to the apartments... I asked for clarification on where. She said there is no address, leaving me to guess as to which lot she was referring to. I now see many other reviews complaining about parking. I am sorry that I did not see those reviews prior to booking my stay.I am sure there must be better options than this hotel, as it is already not cheap. Management- please don't treat your customers so rudely.

Amazing staff! Breakfast, evening soup. Hyatt meets all my needs including s great relationship with Mayo clinic. Nice job!

A very clean and comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful and they have the best complimentary breakfast we have ever enjoyed. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

The staff were friendly and kind. The room was clean. However there is no food service at the bar which is listed on the website. There is a train but we didn’t have any issues. The parking garage is tight but manageable and the location is close to great restaurants. It was fine but I would not book there again.

This is exactly the place I needed while on a stressful trip to Mayo. It was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had in a while and went above and beyond.
