Celestial Tours is absolutely fabulous! If you enjoy learning while laughing, you must experience one of Sr. Celeste’s tours. She brings history to life with her wonderful storytelling and infectious sense of humor—you’ll find yourself laughing along the way while discovering fascinating details you might otherwise miss. It’s an entertaining, memorable experience and truly well worth the price of admission.

Fabulous Gilded Age tour with Sister Celeste! Our group of seven enjoyed the warm, witty, and highly knowledgeable, sister Celeste’s walking tour of architecture and history from the Gilded Age. It was so fun to hear about houses and people from that era. I would highly recommend this tour!

Oh what fun!! I attended Sister Celeste’s sing-a-long with friends to celebrate a birthday. We all laughed and enjoyed ourselves during the whole production. It was great to sing carols, play SLINGO. The night was complete with fabulous prizes too! The energy and fun Sister Celeste brings to all her tours and productions are not to be missed. If you are traveling to beautiful St. Paul, MN or if you are looking for something fun to do at home, make sure these offerings are on your to do list.

We attended one of the the All Hallow’s Eve Tours. Although we were stationary, there was no walking around the city, the Sister took us on a historical adventure via stories and anecdotes from St. Paul and beyond. The setting was in the chapel at the St. Celeste boutique hotel which was an apt space. This concept is great because it provides a fun seasonal event for those of us who have outgrown trick-or-treating. Sister Celeste had a wonderful sense of humor and I would have liked to hear even more off-script commentary from her. It was hospitable of her to have a selection of beverages available so we could sip as we listened. At times, the background music covered her voice, so that is my only feedback on what could be improved in this unique and enjoyable experience.

A group of 5 of us (all graduates of Catholic girls high school) attended the All Hallows Eve. The Celeste Hotel is like discovering a forgotten jewel in your jewelry box. Sister Celeste was a font of information, quite a bit of it was new to me. Her nun persona is fun and her admonitions were humorously accurate. I certainly wasn't disappointed but the lecture aspect was a little bit of a surprise. I think I thought there'd be some sort of paranormal activity and more of a spooky atmosphere. Feel free to pile it on, Sister. The chapel has quite an echo, sometimes making it difficult to hear; not sure if a microphone would solve that. Altogether, our group enjoyed ourselves and learned a little more about St. Paul (and St. Mary's in Winona) than we knew going in. I think some of our group are coming back for Advent singing/bingo. Thank you for a lovely night, Sister Celeste.
