Love love love the Musical Hamilton, it was hard to understand at first, but once I got into the rhythm, it was fabulous. The Theater is beautiful, a little run down in places, the fabric wall coverings need repair! Get 'er done! This theater is a gem, don't neglect her. Unfortunately just outside the venue there were vagrants begging.

YES, the interior is stunning. The show was good. But our experience was ruined by NO parking spaces nearby. Theater is on the busiest street downtown. We needed a handicapped parking space (there were no regular parking spaces either), so we CALLED AHEAD to see what the options would be. We were told that Oh, yes, right in front of the theater...When we arrived, there were empty spaces ...ALL BLOCKED OFF WITH TRAFFIC CONES. Side street: empty spaces BLOCKED OFF WITH TRAFFIC CONES. Street spaces BEHIND theater: CLOSED BY POLICE ORDER. All these spaces were empty before and after the show. We had arrived early and ate lunch in our car, hoping to secure a spot for two very needy individuals. But, we parked over a block away and hobbled over to the theater. Crowds piled up at the intersection as the traffic lights went through several crazy cycles. No police in sight and downtown can be rough. We were seated in their bare bones handicapped section, and our backsides felt like bare bones in their upright armless metal-legged basic chairs. All other seats were cushioned with armrests. At least 12 times ushers stopped and fussed about the position of the wheelchair one of our party was using and/or the position of a foot well within the row and NOT in the aisle. The security was consulted for their opinion as well as the stand-by fire marshall. We made several physical adjustments to the wheelchair to meet their fine-tuned requirements. We began to feel targeted and unwelcome. We had paid the same for tickets as other (cushioned) seats ($390 for three). Landmark does not care about people with disabilities or their caregivers. It was literally painful. More comfortable, movable chairs are available. Also, I noticed people's walkers and crutches were taken from them and moved to a location outside the theater entrance for the duration of the performance, rendering those individuals immobile in case of a fire or other emergency, to say nothing of a bathroom break. This HAS to be against ADA policy. The Landmark is beautiful physically but lacks a heart. Off my list.

History and beauty on steroids!!!...Here for a beerfest and blown away by how cool and beautiful. HAVE TO come back again for a show/performance to truly enjoy!!

This theater is well known in the area, and well loved. It is beautiful inside, and is also a good venue. i have seen ballet here and really enjoyed it. I feel fancy just being there.

Came here to see “Pretty Woman” firstly I would like to say this is probably one of the best theatres I have been to !! The architecture was simply stunning however the night was completely ruined by inconsiderate! Ignorant ! Rude theatre goers who have no idea what theatre etiquette is !!! People up and down all through the production to go to the bar !! This is not only total un acceptable but it is also very off putting for the actors on stage !!! I feel as though the theatre staff should adapt the attitude of other theatres around the globe !! If people leave the auditorium mid scene they should be made to wait till the intermission to re enter !! Great production ruined by absolute neandrathals !!! At when its cost $180 a ticket it’s not funny !!!Landmark please sort this out
