Great selection of local items, easy to use website and exceptional service!I put in the wrong delivery information (a local hotel), and I realised my mistake after it had been delivered. The team was so kind and responsive and picked up the package to deliver it to the correct location and even tipped the hotel team to get it into her room! So impressed and I highly recommend to anyone looking to surprise friends or family!

We live on the east coast (US) and our son and his family were in the air on the way to their long-awaited trip to Hawaii when I called the Red Pineapple to see if I could have a gift basket sent to their room. I never imagined that it could be delivered by the time they arrived, but Nalani assured me it would get there on time and even suggested a few extra goodies for the basket. Sure enough, four hours later, they arrived at the hotel and were elated to find a beautiful welcome basket in their hotel room. Thank you so much,Nalani and staff for the great service. Wow, Red Pineapple is absolutely FABULOUS..!! We ordered a wedding basket at the very last minute for my niece and her husband staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
