We two stayed for one night in the Carriage House room 6 (formerly known as room 4). Pleasant grassy grounds with chairs and tables. Room (4.0) was as expected, and bed was comfortable.LOCATION: 4.0 Walking distance (~15 min) from Pearl Street shops and restaurants. Parking provided.CLEANLINESS: 4.5. SERVICE: 4.5. Easy self checkin and checkout. The staff was very responsive to requests we made via text.BREAKFAST: 4.0. The granola (GF) was outstanding. Oat milk as well as dairy milk available. Fresh fruit (apples and mikan) provided. Instant oatmeal available. Plenty of coffee and tea available in room.

We stayed in one of the West Wing suites summer of 2021. The room was large, clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was pretty cozy. Loved the location - maybe a 10 minute walk to campus and a 10 minute walk to the shops of Pearl Street. Nice simple help-yourself breakfast (yogurt, granola, fruit) in the hallway. We will stay here again soon! (Note- a cat did come visit our room. I think it lives in the main building? Not a problem, but good to know in case you have allergies.)

My daughter and I stayed here two nights during our CU Boulder college visit. We were in room one. It was very clean and everything was very nice. In the hallway outside of our room there was a small station for granola, yogurt, fruit, and water. There is a nice garden area in front of the house for relaxing if you choose. The parking at the rear for rooms 1, 2 and 3 was a bit tight but we managed it. We were very safe and comfortable here. I would highly recommend it.
