One of the best hotels I've stayed at for the price point, like an upscale Residence InnPros: Quiet Comfortable Room with counter for cooking, full size fridge, desk for computer, breakfast bar seating, free parking, impressive free breakfast in lobby with omelet station, cereal, yogurt; shower had decent water pressure though not as good as WestinCons: scrambled eggs were too salty, hotel ran out of bath towels once - had to wait a couple hours, and the person delivering the towels was salty

Emma at the Front Desk was a delight! Greeted us with a smile, super friendly and informative about things to do and places to dine in the area. She stayed on top of housekeeping to make sure we got into our room as soon as possible. Employees like Emma really make or break a stay, and she really delivered on all aspects. Thank you, Emma!

I came in later on a Monday night after delayed flights and weariness only to be greeted by the most genuine front desk experience I’ve ever had. I spend about 75 nights a year in hotels spanning multiple brands. The service rendered by the front desk clerk named Arnethia was best I’ve had. Professional yet personable is something that should be recognized. Well done Arnethia, you are a gem.

I cannot vouch for the rooms but if you are wanting to book any type of event here, DON'T. Big mistake. Huge. I do not know how the senior events manager is still employed here. I have been trying to book a conference room along with 4 rooms for my coworkers and I've never had an experience like I have had with this place. Absolutely awful.

Excellent hotel, clean, new, close to really good dining options. Superb breakfast omlet and pancake station included. One complaint - the omlet station and breakfast area adjacent to the lobby does not have adequate ventilation and the entire lobby smells of accumulated cooking oil. They need better ventilation and a regular deep cleaning of area. This is the second time in a year I’ve stayed here and the smell in noticeably more present.
