Not the best hotel experience due to staying in a double twin BUNK BED room. The hotel charges $45 per DAY for parking and the garage is located under the hotel! They are less than a mile from Boston medical hospitals and they do not offer any discount. The rooms are not very well maintained as my phone was broken and I could not call for assistance with loud noise at 11pm and had to walk to the front desk. The blow dryer was broken and I mentioned it to staff and was left with that to use, which I did not as it was sparking. The staff were not very friendly (except Raymond) and made you feel like you were being a bother to them. Overall experience was not good.

My room was located near a rooftop AC unit that caused extremely loud vibrations all night long, making it impossible to sleep. I was told the hotel was full and I could not be moved. I purchased earplugs to survive my second night and I could hear the vibrations through the earplugs. I would never stay here again.

The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. My original room smelled like stale cigarettes and asked if I could change rooms. They said yes moved me to a different room which was clearly a downgrade. I went back to the front desk asking if I could move back to my original room because they downgraded me and my sink was messed up. The woman behind the desk told her male coworker that she was so annoyed and there was nothing wrong with my room. Then the male worker told me it was impossible to switch rooms again. I complained about the sink they had a service worker come up and look at it, and the man at the front desk came too. They both told me that's how all the sinks look and the faucet itself works. I said ok but I feel like for $250/ a night it shouldn't look like that and they left. My friends that were also staying in the hotel said their sink didn't look like that. They also kindly explained the stale cigarette smoke was because it was probably the first time the heat was turned on for the year. I live in LA and I don't use heat so I'm not accustomed to that smell.

We stayed here by chance (Hotels.com). It was lovely from check in to check out. Jerrell greeted upon arrival and was very helpful and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. Raymond at check out was upbeat and friendly. He also invited us back to stay when in the Boston area again. It was a fabulous experience. Lots of places to go within walking distance including MGM Music Hall at Fenway.

We checked and were informed that the hotel was overbooked and did not have our room available. Our only options were a room with a bunk bed or a king-sized room without air conditioning (nor a toilet lid which we learned after checking in). My husband and I chose the king room, despite it being a poor choice. We waited over an hour to check in due to room being out of service in the system and an additional 30 minutes for box fans. The next morning, I spoke with the manager, Alberto, hoping for a full refund for our first night. Instead of an apology, I was told no and blamed for choosing the room without AC and was told my husband and I could have opted for the bunk bed room. I was also instructed to bring my luggage down at 8 a.m. and informed that I couldn’t get another room until I checked out of the current one. When I refused to move my luggage since a room wasn’t ready yet and didn’t want to move it back and forth, I was threatened with being forced to stay in the room without AC.This was the worst experience I have had with a “hospitality company” in my life. The experience ruined our 2 day trip to Boston.
