Reviews
tripadvisorWhere to Start… Neither Quality — Nor “Sweet”In a word: Disgusting. Before leaving this review, I made a genuine effort to work with management to resolve the issues we experienced. Unfortunately, I was met with the attitude that what happened was somehow acceptable. Our room was in unacceptable condition:• Dirty and stained sheets• Garbage littering the room• Mold• Garbage strewn throughout the room• Hair in the shower drain• A broken toilet• A room door that did not properly close or lock unless you lifted it and pushed/pulled it a certain way• Exposed wiring• A room that reeked of cheap cleaning chemicalsUnfortunately, we had no choice but to stay. There were NO OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE.And the price? $230 for one night on a Wednesday in July. Uffda. We immediately brought the condition of the room to the attention of the staff. The front desk clerk changed the sheets and did what he could to clean the room, all while we were displaced for approximately half an hour. I appreciate that he attempted to help with the situation. What I do not appreciate is management's response.Despite the condition of the room and the numerous problems we documented, management determined that this was apparently sufficient service and refused to provide a meaningful discount or refund. The argument seemed to be that we could simply have left — despite the fact that there were no other rooms available and the cancellation policy says otherwise. So, weary traveler, be prepared.I will be taking this matter further with the appropriate consumer, health and safety, and travel-review organizations.A hotel room does not need to be luxurious to be acceptable. It does, however, need to be clean, safe, functional, and worth what you are charging. This room was none of those things.
MoreNon quality inn. The fun started when we pulled up and realized that it was located around other extremely sketchy motels one which looked like people were living in full-time with laundry, hanging out the windows. The room was not very well taken care of at all. In the bathroom, there was missing pieces to the bathtub and the fan cover was off with dirt pouring out of it and dust. The toilet was not bolted correctly to the floor so every time one of us went to the bathroom. We thought the toilet was going to tip over. When we looked at the pictures online, we didn’t realize what we were getting ourselves into. It was a disaster, and I would recommend staying away from it. There was nothing clean about the whole entire place and we decided the breakfast also looked sketchy and decided to eat somewhere else, even though it was way overpriced. Stay away!!!
MoreWe stayed June 19, 2026 & had 3 adults. They gave us a room with a king size bed & a pull out couch. The pull out couch did not have sheets/bedding or a pillow. Went to the front desk to ask for these items. They gave us a ball of bedding, not even folded! Who knows if it was even washed. We went back two more times asking for a blanket, they kept telling us it is in the dryer. We never did receive a blank. The toilet was lose & wobbled. There was hair behind the bathroom door. The bathroom door scraped the floor, you could barely close the bathroom door. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper on it, it was open to the drain/pea trap & absolutely stunk like sewer causing the entire bathroom to smell like sewer. Breakfast, was not there! We were there shortly after 6am & waited until 6:20am. The options we had were cold cereal & lots of donuts/pastries & yogurt. The cost for this disaster, $179. Despite the fact that online advertising lists rooms under $100.
MoreCalled to book room. Asked if hot tub worked they said it works excellent. Got checked in went to use hot tub and it's shut down so they lied to get us to stay there. Anyway it smelled terrible and the water in it looked nasty. Next morning left to go shopping got back to the room. Noticed our luggage was went through by someone if sure it was the trusting staff. Don't stay there it's pathetic. And I'm thinking dangerous if there shaking customers rooms down.
MoreWe were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and all room amenities were as expected. Friendly accommodating staffI will stay here again and recommend this place to anyone wanting a quality hotel at a reasonable price.
