horrible experience. extremely rudr and dishonest staff, they overcharge clients despite having no idra what they're doing! definitely won't be coming here again.

To make it clear: I have had this procedure done a few times in this spa by the same person. What I didn't expect was to look like I had been in a boxing match, well over a month after getting this procedure done. Just another reason why I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone ever again. We didn't see eye to eye because you fail to make things right. Your injector (melody) improperly applied filler into my under eye giving me a permanent swollen-eye look. She tried to fix it with a laser, when that didn't work (even though I gave it a month to see the results), dissolving the filler was the next step, in which your office shamelessly tried to get me pay. Your office did not make any attempt to remedy the situation prior to my yelp and Facebook review. You customer service is terrible and your promise to make sure the customer is 100% happy with their treatment is false, at least in may case. Neither you or your office asked if they can do anything to make the situation better...on the contrary, you wanted to charge me to dissolve the filler that was improperly injected! Shameless and totally unethical! So who ever reads this be warned! If you get the results you want, great! But if something goes wrong...well, thats too bad because they will not do anything about it, all they will offer is a free facial. Please!If you promise your client good service then deliver, otherwise don't make them! One more thing I must address; You said it was defiantly not bad technique how would you know if you were not even there to see the problem in person?

Blue has never let me down. From getting my Botox and Fillers, my laser treatments, down to my simple Facials; They are always on top of their game. All of the providers I have had have been very experienced and know exactly what they are doing. I usually see Nurse Jane, and she is a true Artist at her work. I love all the staff at the front desk. They are great at scheduling all my appointments in a timely manner, as well as they are all the sweetest dolls. The place is so clean, you can eat off the floor. Well done Blue!!! Keep up the great work! xox

My biggest concern about this spa is they are expensive and eager to sell procedures which don't have any supported, lasting effect. The Cosmetology board doesn't support most of the procedures of wrinkle reduction which this spa offers, but sadly that's the case in many spa's similar to this. It's all about our eternal quest for youth. The injectibles are fine if not a bit pricey. I had one session of the IPL Photofacial laser, which I've had before at another spa. However, this one was so weak it didn't have any effect....not even a skin peel, which it is supposed to do. Cost $500.00 to boot! IPL has been around for 25 years and the cost should be less, but they have to factor in their high overhead and staff into all procedures. Plus, at 4 to 5 sessions of anything, which is what they usually suggest, they build in a higher cost to get the result you want, when it could be done in fewer procedures (such as the IPL Laser). I discussed with the RN who administered the IPL and she says Well make it stronger next time. Hell no, I'm not wasting another $500.00 when you should have done it stronger the first time. Ridiculous!! I'm not going back. Second main gripe is they don't let you tip using your credit card. You have to use cash or write a check directly to the service provider. Make is easier on you but more difficult on the customer, yes, that's good business.
