The amphitheater has great acoustics and for a concert it is fabulous! The staff are helpful and very friendly. Inside there is no overhead cover so bring a poncho just in case it rains. We were lucky it rained before the concert. Traffic is a slow crawl to get in and out. There are people directing traffic to give both sides a turn to enter the road. The parking is on uneven ground or grass. For physically challenged people must walk slowly to avoid falls or possible injuries. Then there is a 1/4 miles uphill walk to get into the amphitheater. If needing assistant inside the amphitheater they have golf cart to transport you uphill to your section. Then you have steps to climb or walk uphill. Clear bag policy if carrying items. Suggestion bring a padded cushion to sit on in bleachers and a poncho. If you need a bathroom or food and drinks you must climb steps.

The venue is fine. The views are great. Pricing for concessions are standard and aligns with other similar venues. The main issue is the traffic going in and out. It's two-land roads, so prepare for some lengthy waits.

Though the Venue provides ADA parking, that parking is over loose rocks (not gravel) making the wheelchair bound nearly impossible to navigate. Once inside the Gate the next challenge is the upward climb into the venue (a golf cart transport will get the disabled to entry point)… Restrooms are located on only one side of the venue where food/beverage vendors are located. Impossible to climb the stairs, the only way to access is the long winding walk, another upward climb! Whoever thought the layout, must have been 20yrs old. For the physical challenge alone, I’ll not come back. Traffic nightmare and high cost of food/drink is insane.

Went to a show on a Wednesday night. Traffic was difficult getting in due to the show and rush hour (we obviously expected this) but our driver was able to drop us off in the ride share lot then remain there for the duration. After a little bit of a walk, we arrived at the clean and orderly venue. There were ample beer stands, merch tents, and food vendors. Bathroom were clean (as clean as possible at a show) and the lines moved fairly quick. Leaving the venue took maybe 10 minutes, a far cry from what we are used to.As far as the show and acoustics, phenomenal. We travelled from MA to see a show here and it was well worth it. We will be back.
