This hotel was such a disappointment. It’s beautiful and in a great location but I ended up having to cancel my special visit with my daughter. When we travel for fun or an event I always book a boutique for a unique stay but because of health reasons I always have a couple of things I need to check on before arrival. I emailed several days prior. Left voice mail. Kept calling back and other than booking and cancelling never had a single person contact me. Costumer service is the first impression and if I can’t get through to the hotel staff it doesn’t bode well for me wanting to book. If all you need is a basic check in or out this is fine but I expect boutique service from a boutique hotel.

We were on a multi-family trip and one of the families had stayed here in the past and recommended it. The location is good with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to highways.Everyone on staff was friendly and even helped us out when we had a mistake on our reservation. Whew!Rooms are large, but the layout is a little strange in some of them. Everything was very clean. No breakfast included (at least not at our rate) but the restaurant downstairs has excellent choices to start the day. There is also a bar in the lobby but it closes at 10 PM.Good place to stay and I'd do it again next time I come to Lexington.

Do not hesitate to book! Large, clean rooms, great location, friendly staff and a cool vibe.

The rooms don’t carry that same design language through. The furniture reads dated next to the polish downstairs — a red retro mini-fridge, mismatched dining chairs, and a layout that feels more motel than boutique despite the mid-century-style bed frame. The carpet showed visible staining in several spots. Bedding had noticeable discoloration, and the overall upkeep felt inconsistent with the property’s presentation out front. The atmosphere from arrival felt unwelcoming rather than hospitable, and service during a late-night check-in did not match what a Hyatt-affiliated, Mr & Mrs Smith-listed property should deliver. A follow-up call came with an apology but no resolution offered.Bottom line: the design team and the restaurant are doing the heavy lifting here. The guest rooms and front-of-house service need real attention before this matches the promise of its own lobby.

Food good. Room terrible. Terrible lighting in the room. The wardrobes they provide are even darker so instead of putting clothes away, it all stayed in the suitcase because I cant see what im doing. No soap or body wash for shower. And the shower is a death trap. I feel lucky to be alive after my shower as opposed to getting killed in the shower.
